Orange County Easement Vacation Meeting

Met with Bill Worley at Orange County to initiate the easement vacation process. Requirements include: obtaining no-objection letters from all utility companies (electric, water, gas, telecom), notifying adjacent property owners via certified mail, and posting public notice signs on the property.

Pro tip: Start collecting utility no-objection letters immediately after this meeting — each utility company moves at its own pace and this step alone can take 60–90 days.
