Submitted our NGP (Noticed General Permit) application to Orange County EPD. The NGP is a streamlined wetland permit for projects with minimal wetland impact — we’re not directly impacting wetlands but cannot maintain full 50-foot buffers in all areas.
Pro tip: Each Florida county has different buffer requirements. What applies in Orange County may differ significantly in Seminole, Osceola, or other counties.
