Architectural Design Contract Signed
Selected and contracted with DBSS (local architectural firm) for custom home design. We provided our preliminary sketches and requirements. When building near wetlands, choose architects experienced with environmental constraints and setback requirements.
Pro tip: Interview at least three architects. Ask specifically about their experience with wetland buffer setbacks and Orange County’s environmental permitting process — not all architects have this knowledge.
